They do not care about you as a person they only care if they make money. They do not return calls for weeks and they speak extremely disrespectfully to clients. They do not send your payments in a timely manner as completely dismiss you even when you have no money for food. I am still waiting to hear back from them and it’s been five days! Every time I call they say none is available to speak to me.
If you are reading this comment please do not hire this firm.. Just be patience with your insurance company at the end the insurance will pay you what the law states no reason to hire any lawyers!!!! Please don’t believe this law firm they do not due what they say will do for you!!!!! and they definitely don’t look after your rights they only wait to receive there percentage.. When you are seriuosly injured you look for an attorney that will assist you and help you navigate thru the system since you don’t know it and they see you desperate they take advantage of you… Don’t let them take advange of you!!!!!!!!!!
