Hired this idiot in a visitation and child support case! Stated I wanted my child support fixed and more time with my daughter! Somehow he escalated it into going for custody! So $5000 later at a rate of $400 an hour I’m back to square one! My ex moved a recently released felon into her home and her youngest moved out from a previous marriage and a month later I get an order to modify my child support after we had a signed contract! Unfair considering the recently released felon was unemployed for the 8 months he was living there! Somehow Nick thought this was ok! So his weak motion for me to get custody was based on the fact my daughter seen throw up as the guy died! He will cut deals behind your back with other attorneys and act like it’s ok! Draws the case out and has unnecessary meetings just so he can charge you! I should have known after his dad screwed me out of $3500! Out of 4 attys in hutch not one was worth a crap! I feel he took advantage of my situation just like a con artist would! I’m a 100% disabled veteran, and he was asking for proof of my pay and my medications which should be court ordered! Kept asking for this and that just to charge me! I will definately be in contact with the veterans consumer protection advocate, BBB, the bar, and whoever will bring this clown to see the light! Do. Ow I’m out of money and have to lay down and let them and my ex do whatever they want! Thanks Nick you con artist! I want a full refund so I can try to find a real attorney ( not in Hutchinson ks) seriously you didn’t do anything I asked! I wouldn’t recommend this ass clown or his lying staff to anyone! Steer clear of this guy and his firm even if you have deep pockets, after all he would rent a backhoe and keep diggin in your pocket then bill you for the rental!
