Its been many years of smoke and mirrors. I get a letter from Onderlaw about 2 or 3 times a year always saying things are moving along. Most recently I got a letter telling me to except a settlement figure agreed upon by 80% of those in litigation. Then they would hand out the final checks. Since then; dead air. No further anything from Onder law. Last week when I called Onder law I was told that the number has been disconnected! An investigation should be opened and folks should be prosecuted!!!
Our claim went with a class action. A paralegal determined what our claim was worth and some calculation form they designed, determined the amount. Another person we know had the same condition and another law firm got him more money then what Ognder determined what we got. Extremely disappointed. Pas. OndnerLaw got their cut so at least they are happy.
Wish I could get an update on my Camp Lejeune case. No response to an email I sent months ago.
