Wonderful experience! I dialed the office around 5am yesterday just to put the number in my phone. I got a call back right away from Mr. Dean to discuss my situation. We had an in-depth conversation and he was able to lay out my options and advise me what services his firm would be able to provide and the costs—which were very fair. I didn’t expect such prompt attention to my concerns, especially at such an obscure hour. It came as a nice surprise as whenever I’ve had to hire an attorney in the past, they never seemed to be in a hurry to return my call. Mr. Dean was very professional and happy to advise me even though I called him way outside business hours. He is my first choice not only for his expertise, knowledge, top-notch education, and experience, but, also for his ability to communicate so well and with aloha. I admire his compassion and dedication to the profession and our community. I strongly recommend him if you ever need advice or representation. He is so genuinely good hearted and very determined to the best possible outcome.
