I received a referral to contact Mike Mcternan to write a partnership agreement. I took time off of work to meet with him. He said it wasn’t an issue and would complete it in a few days. I tried to contact him every few weeks and one time he actually responded and said he would have it done shortly. Of course he didn’t do anything and doesn’t respond. I would highly recommend finding an attorney who cares and is responsive rather than this person.
