Every time I try to post a review it seems to disappear. My work comp case has been going on since April 2021. He refuses to call back with any information! I’m looking to file a lawsuit

I have work comp case in progress right now. It will be 6 years in April. I keep trying to reach him but never get a call back. Got told one time that he had been busy. So am I not one of the people he should be busy with.

I’m gonna have to check on filing a law suit!

I have dealt with a lot of attorneys over my lifetime and I have to say this is absolutely the worst attorney and staff that I have ever dealt with. My father-in-law’s workman’s compensation case has been going on for 3 years plus! They do not return calls they do not do their homework they don’t get checks and balances they are rude unprofessional And I want everyone to know what kind of service they will receive which is none! Wish we Had checked the reviews to see where they were rated before we hired them. Please share this experience with your friends so they do not have to go through what my wife myself and my father-in-law is going through!…Update on this review, it’s been 5 years now, still not settled! Now they want my father in law to go to St.Louis for another evaluation! Terrible folks!
