I was a passenger in a car accident in May 2022. The driver of the other car ran a red light and my friend hit him. I suffered from a torn shoulder and a few other injuries. Not knowing i had any rights as a passenger i reached out to Negrete law firm and the case manager i spoke with was absolutely amazing i had such an amazing conversation with her. And every conversation with everyone else was always pleasant. I always felt more of a bother but they would always reassure me that i wasn’t. When my case settled the accountant that was working my case was very informative and listened to all my concerns. I finally got the call to pick up my check and i was greeted by friendly faces and Gil. What i appreciate the most when i picked up my check was Gil’s concern about how his team could do better. Gil and his accountant sat with me and asked me steps they could take to make the experience better which i really liked because there is always room for improvement everywhere. I have been through a settlement case before with another law firm and the experience i received here and the experience that i received at the other firm was like day and night.
