James Lee Is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life.. A family member of ours had used him and James was very short with all of us. His communication skills are way below average compared to other non-experienced attorneys weve used in past! After confirming that he did “in fact” “TREAT* us as if we waz “JUDGED” Just Cuz of our African skin color, Our situation only continued to get worse!!! Sad to see that we still have people “judging people” on a daily basis just because of skin color! This man is Rude, Negligent, Dishonest, Judgemental, Hurtful and Hateful… followed with a “who cares anyway” attitude! “BUYERS BEWARE” This man is Dangerous- and won’t give a care in the world how long a loved one or family member MAY stay incarcerated!

I consulted with Mr. Nation, and though I did end up retaining a another lawyer who was a better fit for my case, my impression is that he is a much better lawyer than most in Huntsville.
