Charbonnet Law Firm is the BEST personal injury-car accident law firm in New Orleans! Rob Jr., Rick, Desi, Cindy, and everybody at the firm are AMAZING. Cindy is so sweet, friendly, and caring. She is really the best. Rob, Rick, and Desi are the lawyers you want on your side, and I want to thank them so much for handling my very much complex case with such compassion! I was driving at night, turning left into my neighborhood, and the driver that hit me was driving without headlights, resulting in my vehicle spinning into another car. It was a disaster of a case because the at-fault driver was the Mayor of Abita’s son… Between the Mayor and the town Marshall trying to cover it up and the driver lying under oath, I can proudly say Rob, Rick, and Desi FOUGHT hard to win my case! My case may have turned into a political mess, BUT my lawyers don’t mess around. They handled EVERYTHING while making sure I was cared for. I once spoke with the insurance company, and that was only after they confirmed with my team of lawyers that they could talk to me. If you didn’t know, insurance companies are sneaky… But I also didn’t have to fill out paperwork (besides the representation agreement and the settlement paperwork). They set up all of my appointments and handled all billing. And on top of that, they checked in with me just to see how I was doing, answered my endless questions, kept me informed, and communicated through the entire process.
