I had an initial consultation and experienced some delays in follow-up communication, which was frustrating at the time. After I raised my concerns, the firm responded professionally, acknowledged the issue, and explained the internal challenges that contributed to the delay.
They were recommended to me through a judge, and while no one is perfect, I truly appreciate that they took responsibility and handled the matter with professionalism and respect.
My concern was ultimately resolved in a fair and appropriate way, which I value.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I want to share my experience in a factual way for others who are considering this firm.
I paid a $300 consultation fee after reviewing the lawyer’s background and being informed that the fee could potentially be applied toward future legal services. The consultation lasted about 25 minutes and focused on my situation and possible next steps.
During the consultation, I was advised that additional services—such as document collection, document review, and further consultations—would involve separate fees. While I understand that legal services are billed this way, I personally felt uncertain about the overall cost structure moving forward.
After the consultation, I attempted to follow up by email regarding next steps and requested a short extension of time to gather documents on my own. I did not receive a response. Over the following weeks, I sent additional follow-up emails, including one confirming I had gathered documents and was open to paying for further assistance if needed. I did not receive a reply to those messages.
It has now been several weeks without communication. While others may have different experiences, I would have appreciated clearer follow-up or confirmation on whether my case would be accepted.
I encourage others to ask detailed questions about fees, communication expectations, and next steps before proceeding.

It was a great experience! All his team members were always available to answer any questions I had and made me feel calm and prepared throughout the whole process et all documentation preparation. All our family paperwork was submitted. All my family 6 members got our Green Cards in September 2017. Today, after exactly 5 years and 6 months, we are already US citizens and all the merit to the office of our immigration attorney and his team, Mr. Nayef Mubarak, we are really very thankful for his help and his professional work approach.
