Where do I begin! Jacque, Mike and Brett have been awesome through my whole case! I originally did not want to file a claim, but called Jacque late one evening for an opinion. Not only was it after working hours, but he immediately put me in touch with his team without hesitation. Ultimately my injuries ended up being worse than the couple of what I thought were bumps and bruises. (And to think I was just going to load my bike up and go home!) Everything was handled in such a way that I could focus on my recovery, and not what was going on behind the scenes. I had enough confidence in the team that was backing me, and that alone has been huge! Coming from the service/shop side of accident claims, most adjusters and legal representation don’t understand motorcyclists and the obstacles and dangers we face when we ride. Therefore, you can almost guarantee that the bike will be totaled for something simple usually. I was able to repair mine, when I thought for sure I would be telling my baby goodbye! These guys ride, so they understand and are the best guys to take care of you!!!
