I was in a car accident and needed an attorney, so I hired Lerner and Rowe. I was satisfied although my case seemed to drag on. Kendal and Kayli were very good they were case managers. I was happy to get Kendal as the first Case Manager was just awful. The Attorney Jon Carlson got back to me quickly. The only problem was I had to get notes from some of my doctors because they could not get for some reason, and I spent allot of time on it. Overall, it was good, but I wish the man who hit me and totaled my car had better insurance as he was underinsured which I guess is an option in AZ

I hired L and R after an accident and had decent communication at first. They needed to get a statement from the witness and never did and now I can’t get them to respond. I can’t believe that is how they do business! Since writing this review I have gotten an email from the attorney. Somehow I seemed to slip through the cracks by one person dropping the ball. Now within a week the things that should have been done 3 months ago are done. I’ve been in communication with the lawyer. Hopefully the costs that have added up in the 3 months State Farm will take care of. Since first writing this review a few things have happened. After bringing Lerner and Rowe to the attention of my situation they found out what happened with the situation and have worked hard to correct it. My attorney has apologized numerous times for what happened. In just over two weeks since the situation was corrected the case is being close to settled. The wonderful service that I had expected from the start was reestablished and I am so happy with everything and would recommend them.
