It’s been some time since I presented with a case, I had been struggling since then for a main of transportation on something that was clearly not my fault, I could’ve just claimed the insurance I guess instead of coming here in the first place, because I call like not a lot just like literally 2 times A YEAR(almost 3 years since the accident) and they don’t tell me anything about it or explain me nothing, I really really really need a concrete answer at least and I don’t want to be bothering or anything but when or how is someone going to explain me?? It’s fair at least for me to know�.
