From the very fist phone call I was treated with respect and dignity. The receptionists are always smiling and pleasant. Mr. Faust’s assistant let me tell ya was awesome fast to answer my e-mails and always professional. And then Mr. Faust himself amazing I have never once felt as though I was a problem or a burden, he has been honest and up front about how he thought my case is going. I would suggest them a million times over to anyone who was in an accident. It is worth the phone call!
