Called for a consultation. The gentleman who answered the phone is very rude and aggressive.

PLEASE READ TO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I have not used this firm, did not even get the opportunity to and I’m glad I didn’t. After being diagnosed with cancer I experienced dehumanizing and degrading treatment from a local business and I contacted Mr. Montoya’s office hoping that I could get assistance and help with making sure that the company I experienced horrific treatment from would never treat someone the way i was treated. I had actually contacted a few other attorneys offices so when mr. Montoya called me I just wanted to confirm the law office he was calling from. He then responded very rudely, stating, that “YOU called ME. If you can’t even remember who you called I don’t know why I’m wasting my time.” And then hungup. I just experienced the most dehumanizing treatment a few days ago where I was not allowed as a customer to use the restroom which resulted in me urinating on myself because I no longer have as much control of my bladder after cancer treatments, in public. And then was spoken in such a condescending manner by Mr. Montoya on the phone almost as the same way the people had treated me. Like I did not matter or was of any importance. I’m glad he hung up on me has he clearly does not care. I hope someone reads this before hiring this man. Just by that simple treatment alone, he is not a suitable attorney.

I’ve called 3-4 times on when I can get a consultation and they said they’ll give me a call back, and haven’t it’s been about 3 weeks. Should be a little bit more professional if they don’t want to take on my case or if they’re too busy, but ignoring a potential client is what they did.
