Do not trust Monge and Associates. I hired them for my accident injury claims, which was not my fault. Michael Kemple was the lawyer assigned to my case. He would occasionally call me and leave a voicemail asking me to return his call to discuss the settlement offered. When I called him back, he would mention sending them a letter. This occurred twice until I asked him what he was doing and told him not to call me unless there was progress in my case. One of the parties involved in my lawsuit was Trimet bus in Portland, Oregon. I informed him that I had heard we needed to file something against them within six months. He replied that the statute of limitations was different. Now, I find myself needing hip surgery, which my health insurance does not cover since it was caused by an accident. Do not trust Monge and Associates. This law firm consists of a group of dishonest attorneys gathered up.
