I dropped my motorcycle on hydraulic oil from negligence by a farmer and I was severely injured..As motorcycles are not covered by no fault. My Motorcycle insurance did not cover anything. My BC/BS and Medicare did not cover anything because it was a vehicle accident. I needed two hip surgeries to repair the damage. I contacted Miller Embury, PLLC when the farmers insurance would not cover any of my expenses. Ryann Embury was fantastic he got BC/BS and Medicare to pay for my operations with the farmers insurance also covering expenses. The operations were successful and I also received a statement. The most important thing is my health.. ..I’m riding again thanks to all the hard work Ryann has done . Ryann and his staff are incredibly efficient and fought daily for me and kept me informed.
