My 17 year old grandson who lives with me was in a motorcycle accident. An SUV going north on 111 crossed the median striking and knocking down a light pole. My grandson was headed south on 111 just after the SUV wrecked and was clothes-lined by the downed electrical lines crossing 111. He was eat up by road rash and took a hit to the head. All though he was wearing a helmet it was cracked on impact.
It has been close to a year and he is now doing well. Several scars left behind but we consider that a blessing. It could have been so much worse. He received the maximum compensation of $100,000 We were very happy with the settlement. We were informed at every deciding factor.
