Update: the county court ended up vacating the judgment that should never have been granted in the first place. It was initially granted due to attorney Patrick G. Drake’s wrongful legal filings in order to obtain a judgment for his clients at all costs and blatant disregard for the law.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with one of this law firm’s attorneys who is presently representing a client in Dallas. Texas. I’m the opposing party in eviction court and I find this lawyer’s behavior to be quite disrespectful, his statements in court are misleading, he makes baseless legal threats, and does not communicate in a polite manner in his legal correspondence — he barks orders at the opposing party instead of communicating in a polite and civil manner. Good luck to all future opposing parties that have to deal with such abhorrent behavior from this particular lawyer.
