I called this office multiple times requesting a phone conversation no one ever called me back other than a phone receptionist. That was after I had called three times leaving a message. Finally after about a week and a half I received a letter telling me that they were unable to represent me I don’t know how they even made that decision without hearing what I needed

Didn’t return my husband’s message but called right back to my accidental but dial which I promptly directed them to call my husband. A parapro called the next day, took his information and then we never heard from anyone again. I’d call that McTurder!
