Called me back quite quickly and was very friendly. Dont know if they’ll take my case. We shall see Update: never called me back (as they said they would) didnt give me an explanation on why they didnt take my case.

Been out of work for over a year with no income. Back injury occurring in workplace due to vehicle accident in building, because of negligence on behalf of management. My family and I have been living off of savings for over a year, because somehow, I don’t qualify for workmans compensation or disability even though I have contributed throughout the last 35 years!! I retained these attorneys to assist, and the only thing that I was told by them is that I should go get a job with a car parts company or a hardware store. As previously mentioned, it is a back injury, and my advocate has advised me to get a job at places that have nothing but heavy requirements. If I were able to lift heavy things, I would return to my six figure job, gladly!! I will apparently have to find a job so that my family and I don’t become homeless after 35 years of work, but I do appreciate the input from my so called advocate, that obviously doesn’t know what I retained him for!! After all, it has only been 11 months!! I am hoping that the bill is not as kind as the advice!!

Found the people here to be very professional and very caring.
