The Downer Law firm helped the case go through the bureaucratic system. Although I do feel that communication throughout the case was poor, I am also fully aware that the system itself is flawed and slow. At the end of the day I am very pleased with the outcome of my settlement and do suggest that communication be improved for future clients. My father called many times and did not receive a phone call back. With that being said, we are grateful for Mr. Downer’s representation in reaching a settlement in our favor.

I came to read the reviews to see if anyone was having the same issue as me. Turns out a lot of people talk about the lack of communication, not receiving callbacks, or updates on their case. It’s very frustrating to not get any updates. Of course lawsuits take time but communication is key. Just very disappointing.
