Both Lori and Mr Shaw are very professional and both are very helpful and understanding they are awesome at what they do and know what they are doing kept me informed through out the process and had a blessed outcome i appreciate and am thankful to them both

The receptionist never answers and when she does she is quite rude.. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Mr Shaw is great though!
