My parents was involved in an accident on their way to church and a guy ran the red light and hit them. I’ve known Joe Massie for a long time, he came by my parents house to talk to them. The way he explained the process to them was great, mind you my parents are 86 and 87 years old. His professionalism and mannerism was so warm.
