I give her 1 star because there is no negative stars. She doesn’t return calls. Beware if you have a difference of opinion. I had no pre trial appointment. I only had 2 in-persons appointments. She WOULD NOT subpoena witnesses. At trial she had very few questions and would not ask pertinent questions. The ex got my House free. At trial, she wouldn’t expand topics on rebuttal.

She would not talk to me on the phone. It seems they don’t read all emails.

She told me to NOT bring up child molestation accusations. All happened in my former home, I was the one that called the authorities. Documented. That’s why I didn’t move until one was independent and moved away.

She wouldn’t submit my medical care need. Had statements in court. I need physical therapy to get muscle back after losing 34 lbs and to help steady walking. I need cataract surgery. I need hearing aids, on going counseling and dental care. Things I put off to save money on his bills.

She wouldn’t summit the equipment appraisal. He did not submit required equipment document in time to have the appraisal findings before court. Had statements in court. She said don’t about that and what was submitted was more.

She said to pick one witness. There were so many that could have testified on my behalf. I admit we went back and forth on this issue. She did not subpoena even one. I found online was that I could have had 25. I whittled my list down to 6.

She wouldn’t ask for sanctions when he did not submit business records when requested 3 times.

These were marital businesses supported by me with money and physical labor. What happened to my equity? My age 72. I owned 2 houses with no mortgage at one time that took years to pay off. He is able to pay rent the same as I. She wouldn’t ask him. I bought groceries, gas for vehicles and mowers, and kobata, his clothes, his dental.

We had verbal agreements that he would pay back when I paid-out large sums.

He told around town that I had sex with his brother…..lies!! He left to live with new woman/source.

I can’t sleep, eat, rarely go out in public because of what he told about me. Sleep in my clothes with 2 guns and a dresser in front of the door.

The 28,000 loan he has on the one-ton truck was taken out after he left and it was truck is non-marital.

We were not prepaired. I didn’t get a pretrial appoint with lawyer to go over everything. Waited for the last moment to go over stuff via text telling to asap everything, Only had 2 appointments with her the whole time she was my attorney. I stayed with her representation because it would have been delayed again. I didn’t know a thing about divorces. He has had 5 prior divorces and expert at it. There’s a lot of facts not mentioned.
