They don’t have a secretary so they use the answering service as a substitute. Once you do leave a message, they don’t answer for days and days. Some of the junior lawyers are not even on the service’s roster. Worst of all, they don’t really answer the online case submission so don’t waste your time. I still haven’t heard back.
