My client has been unjustly accused of wrongfully classifying employees (i.e. independent contractor v. employee). We have demonstrated there is no such misclassification; however, opposing counsel nevertheless filed a 2nd amended complaint with PAGA allegations. Looking for suggestions on filing a comprehensive answer and affirmative defenses to the 2nd amended complaint, I came across this website, which appears to be established by a reputable, knowledgeable, and responsive attorney.
