I wanted to share a review based on my experiences over the years with Garrett Davis at Maginnis Howard. Garrett has done work for my fiancée and I on more than one occasion from a faulty Construction project done on my personal home by someone else to things that pertain to my own Construction company. Garrett has always been as professional as it gets, very prompt in getting back to me, working quickly from start to finish and very detailed. Gives his best advice as well as taking my opinions in to account. I will definitely continue to use Garrett Davis for any and all needs that pertain to any business dealings or any Civil matters if needed. You want find a harder working attorney in my opinion. Karl Gwaltney and Shawn Howard, Attorneys at ‘McGinnis Howard’ and Beth Owens worked tirelessly for a very fair settlement for an accident that I was in where I was rear-ended. They collected evidence and assembled all of my medical bills and were able to dispute erroneous statements made by the person who hit me, and by another party.
