The entire experience of dealing with a lawsuit was frustrating, time consuming, expensive, (especially since I had moved to a different state) & endless. It was my first and hopefully last time I will ever have to retain an attorney for anything like this. I could never have navigated the process alone. Terri kept in constant contact with me for almost 5 years, keeping me updated and sending me all correspondence that was necessary.
