I just got off of the phone with one of the ladies at this firm and the interaction was so pleasant that I was compelled to write this little note. I contacted this firm regarding a potential case. Although they were not able to assist me with my claim, this lady persisted in her efforts to make human contact with me. She called and left me messages and called to follow up days later to give me a referral. I was floored! Rarely do you see such a display of thoughtfulness from a law firm. I apologise for not remembering your name but I was overwhelmed. She deserves many kudos for her heartwarming display of “genuine customer service”.
