Cerid Lugar was appointed to represent a case for my juvenile family member. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, biased, & most importantly unprofessional. I’ve never had a lawyer or any professional speak over a client whilst trying to provide information. At one point she actually told my spouse to “shshh” as he was answering a question she asked him. I wouldn’t recommend this lady she needs serious help with her attitude, approach, and communication skills.
