I went onto this website looking for a lawyer/advocate for my niece. It’s a no sleeping kind of a worry.(my niece) it was VERY late, wee hours of the morning and they have a chat line. I took a chance and clicked on it and there was actually a person on the other side of the chat option Regardless of the time of morning, the person I was chatting with was still very attentive and never made me feel that I was messaging at 3am. They new it was a sensitive subject and tooks all information I could provide..

I called them I offered to send them proof that someone from their office called me and they just sent me to an assistant instead of an actual partner and they are going to supposedly talk to the partner but they absolutely did call me and I have proof and I offered to send them the proof that they called me and they so far have not responded !!!! They are trying to flag this because everything I’m stating is factual and I even have their phone number as well stating that they called me. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They only want to help you if you are disfigured permanently it doesn’t matter that the hospital was negligent and it doesn’t matter that you are just disfigured but you have to be permanently disfigured for them to even give you the time of day the woman Who responded to me was extremely rude on the phone and had no clue about the HIPPA law she didn’t even understand what HIPPA was and she refused in the company refused to go after any HIPAA violation so stay away from this law firm

They told me I didn’t have a case.
