Horrible liar lawyers

Unprofessional by far. The receptionist refused to give her name and mentioned her name is irrelevant. The location more than likely has caller id and ignore calls. I’ve been following up with the location for 4 months and nothing has been followed through despite signing paperwork and getting my photo id copied. Michael started with getting my information and then Robert was potentially going to assist. However, after following up on 2/2/23 the experience with the receptionist was unprofessional. I tried to inform Michael of how the receptionist was not professional and I was in the process of putting my experience on the website. With that being said Michael abruptly says we will not be able to help me and I will have to go elsewhere. This was said without review of the website. The follow up did not exist, false hope of taking the case resulted.
