Called to see if I even possibly had a claim related to my infants death and instead of actually allowing me to speak and explain my situation I was cut off, told I wasn’t listening to him (while actively cutting me off answering his questions) and then after I hung up out of frustration, he called back, I declined. He called again until I answered, asked me to LISTEN to him and what he has to say before we can even figure out if there’s a claim (while also telling me every answer I gave was useless and the law backed it) proceeded to ask me what I wanted and while again attempting to explain he abruptly said “have a good day, if you change your mind and choose to listen to the actual attorney instead of focusing on one thing call me” incredibly rude. Inappropriate and unprofessional.
