Took $4,000 from me and did nothing to help me settle my case. I am back at square one. He talked a good game in the beginning, but achieved absolutely zero results. I would not recommend him.

Hired Mr. Smitherman for my fiancé and myself and I couldn’t be more pleased with an attorney. He has done anything he can to help both of us in the best way with our situations. He is pretty awesome! His secretary Angel, is also wonderful! She never fails to return your calls or update you on court dates, etc. I am very satisfied with this legal team and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing representation!!
