Mr. Horne and his team are TERRIBLE!! I will NEVER refer them to anyone!! You will never get updates about your case. They called me the day after my car accident and had me thinking I was in good hands! Never once did I think I had to beg for closure. This has been the worst experience of my life. My accident was in 2021 and still nothing I have worked me and my daughter case since the beginning because his assistant Glenda don’t work unless you call her out on it. She is so rude and unprofessional! They point fingers at each other so you can’t trust a word neither of them say. Everything she tell me she can’t find or get I delivered. I was told by Horne call/text him anytime if I needed him just to hear his calls has been transferred to her and she never have any answers so disappointing. I was called and told that my check has been in and cashed and he is over charging but I have to wait because he’s too busy he will get to me when he can you not the only one (per A****). I ask to speak with Mr. Horne because I felt this was unfair and so inconvenient just to be told by Glenda that she will text him( if he call you he call you if he don’t he don’t!) Wow, whenever I get my settlement I pray we never have to cross their paths again! This has been one terrible journey
