My experience with them after my accident in 2023 was nothing short of disappointing. It was a hassle to get someone to talk to me about the case, I had to hunt them down every other month to try to get an update. They changed the person working my case without notifying me until I reached out for the 5th time looking for the old person. It was so bad I thought that I got scammed into sharing my information by a fake law firm. They did not tell me they’d received a check from the insurance company until I asked about a month after they received it. To this day, I do not know the total amount that was disbursed, nor do I know how much they paid themselves for the hack job they did working it. I’m in school on a pre-law pathway and did not realize the extent of the poor job they did (i thought all lawyers were like this) until I learned about the basic duties of an attorney to a client and was able to reflect on my experience with them.
