Receptionist is extremely rude. We need a Kansas lawyer but are out of state and want to trust and feel like our lawyers care, she gives the complete opposite feel. I had asked if they provided cease and desist letters as well and she told me that I’d have to pay a 200 consult fee to ask the lawyer. I’d like to know if you typically provide the service I’m looking for before I pay a high consult fee. Aside from that her demeaning tone and sarcasm really turned me away. Dealing with child custody and other matters is extremely stressful and difficult, have a little compassion.

Ms Alt was able to make my Divorce and Custody Battle go smoothly and I was highly impressed by their quick response time and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and i already have to a couple of my friends.

If I could put Zero star I would. The “legal aid” at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. She also can not own up to the things she does. She give attitude to potential customers. I really wanted to use Ms alt to help with my case but due to the unprofessionalism of her secretary I won’t be using her services. Ms. Alt if you see this please get her to understand how to be more professional
