Absolute scam, they took $5k from my wife and then fired the attorney who worked with us. They placed us with the head of their family law department. She asked frequently for documents only to say they are not relevant. They then found it relevant enough to bill for it. They billed for a whole week of correspondence with an attorney who was sick with COVID and was out of the office and not working. The front office staff informed us she was working from home, after not hearing from her all week. Bear in mind that this was all with an attorney that we never retained, because they just told us she was our attorney. If you can’t trust them with your basic rights outside of a court room I fail to see them changing in court room. Also their staff gives them 5 star reviews

I have been working with Attorney Finnegan (primarily) and others at this firm for over five years through multiple scenarios including separation/divorce, elder care planning, estate planning and other legal issues. I have found her and the staff to be highly professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and collaborative throughout that time and recommend them without hesitation.

Horrible experience. Promise after promise made just to get paid and NO results were ever delivered. It is true what someone else posted the office staff likes to BULLY clients and Attorney Gragg takes part (taking polls on if someone gets custody- very unprofessional). They are scam artists just looking to make a quick buck and you will never get any honest answers from them. They are unethical to the fullest extent.
