Called to get representation regarding discrimination against an academy trained service dog. The Dollar Tree in Summerton, SC not only verbally assaulted my spouse but threatened to physically lay hands on her and her service dog. Both of which are criminal acts and Dollar Tree is refusing to release the names of the employees or the schedule for the day of incidence. This law firm believes in representing individuals and veterans who have disabilities in order to collect their benefits but when those same individuals need representation regarding someone targeting their disabilities and especially handicapping them by removing the medical equipment. This firm has no interest in doing the right thing but only what benefits their wallet. If they want to collect fees based on someone’s disabilities then that should also apply to the infringement upon those disabilities which are Federally Protected under the ADA.
