Ms. Richmond has been my attorney since she graduated from Harvard in 1991. She always goes above and beyond to meet my needs, has negotiated financial settlements with credit card agencies, provided a criminal referral in a marijuana possession case, handled various signatory duties as my power of attorney in the United States (I live abroad permanently) and I can ALWAYS trust that she has my best interests in mind. Highly professional, highly competent. I cannot sing her praises enough!

I recommend considering why, with Jan’s many 5 star reviews why there would be a couple negative reviews. Sour grapes would be my guess. Jan took my case when no one else would because I was a few days past the statute of limitations. She then worked for me for years until we got the settlement the law defined as appropriate. The workers comp system is a mess and the best attorney can only do as much as the laws allow. But if my son needed an attorney tomorrow she would be my absolute first choice.

Absolute disgrace. Bows down to insurance fraud for her money grab. Pretends to be likable and genuine, then hang’s herself with her own lies. She can’t remember her lies. Guess that’s what a trained professional does to benefit themselves. Guess they get monetary gains from insurance companies. Wow, what a piece of work she is.
