Accidents Personal Injury Medical Malpractice
After my serious accident, I searched online for a reliable attorney and found Aaron and his team. From the first day, they demonstrated top-notch professionalism and fought relentlessly on my behalf. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of legal representation.
I am extremely impressed with this lawyer’s expertise and responsiveness. They provided me with exceptional advice and helped me secure a fantastic settlement. I can’t thank them enough for their dedicated efforts.
I really didn’t want to write this. Up until I was thrown to the wolves and my case was destroyed by the firm Aaron sent me to, it would be 5 stars. But because I’m looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars of liability because of the situation, I have to accurately document the rating. The firm shoved me off on another lawyer before I could accept the pre-litigation offer. The other attorney does not communicate and Mr. Herbert won’t help me despite an association agreement. He tried to cite a “grievance” filed on the other firm (which I and every human being would have every right to file a grievance on that attorney or any attorney) when CAAP was involved and the other attorney still refuses to communicate. I have every right to ask CAAP for help. Other attorneys don’t refuse to help because of a “grievance”. Rather, some have told me I’m not the only victim of that other firm. They pointed out to me the problem with the case due to the amended petition that is a certainty to ruin my case. The other attorney- because she won’t communicate- destroyed my case by filing an amended petition saying there was water in the floor – when there wasn’t. My recorded statement to the adjuster said that there wasn’t water. So Aaron, the other lawyer did in fact mess the case up by doing that because even a non lawyer knows to not step in a big puddle of water at a grocery store. You might say you’re releasing me, but the damage has been done because your firm sent me to that attorney that messed the case up and you were under contract when she committed that act on 08/17/2022. Also I never signed the association agreement until days after lawsuit was filed because I wanted the pre-litigation settlement offer. I request assistance to save my case. I will have a solid legal malpractice case (and you know I documented and recorded everything over the summer). It’s not good lawyering to just shove a client off on an attorney that won’t communicate and files amended petitions that contradict the events and destroy my position. If we can’t save this case your firm will be just as liable. I repeat, your firm will be just as liable in a legal malpractice lawsuit. I will post reviews elsewhere too, with more details on a platform not restrictive of free speech. Your firm literally fed me to the wolves and I’m saving the review as part of my evidence to save my case. If we can resolve the problem created by the negligent referral, I will love to update my review to the 5 stars it would be before your firm fed me to the wolves. You know what she did to me isn’t right. Please fix it. I’d be happy with doing mediation and resolving the lawsuit without trial. You have my email and phone number.
