Assistant would not get back regarding my caseto me regarding my paperwork

Hired them to help with my situation. All I really got was a bunch of extensions and the same outcome I would have had without them.

Very poor service, please for everyones sake do a complete search before hiring the first lawyer you come across, we paid $1900 cash upfront for chapter 7 bankruptcy, the law office had us do all the foot work, then never filed after waiting for 80 days we made attepts to get it taken care of, the lady in the office told us emergency filing would cost more after we had paid 2 months previous, then they said we were disqualified and tried to get us to do a chapter 13 and needed $2100 more, called and spoke with the lawyer and asked for a refund and was denied.
