I called David because I was dealing with a contract issue after I purchased something via telephone. The seller was getting aggressive about canceling the contract within the cooling off period and I knew my basic rights but didn’t know as to what extent I could take action. David gave me great advice during our initial consultation and I was able to mediate my issue and come to an agreement. Had my situation escalated to litigation, I am confident that David would have won that case. Cudos to him calling me way after hours too after leaving my information.
