Muy poco profesional, nunca contesta el teléfono, te cuelga después de que haces tus preguntas y no vuelve a llamar. Luego, cuando vuelves a llamar, y esto sucedió muchas veces, te dejan en espera. Mi marido y yo les pagamos más de 6000 dólares y fuimos a la corte dos veces sin representante legal. Los llamé. Les envié un correo electrónico y no hubo respuesta. No lo recomiendo a menos que quieras pagar por nada.
My parents had paid for these people services and they just got ripped off. They never submitted anything. They never helped them in their court cases and they just ripping people. The first few times I will answer your phone calls and otherwise are too busy after they get your money stay away from them no good. At this law firm and they won’t even have the decency to be give you your money back
Sumamente decepcionada de esta firma , en 9 meses solo dos llamadas con una abogada que ni siquiera sabe que es el USCG (United Satate Coast Guard ) no me han dado un resultado satisfactorio cuando solo pedí unas Foias desde el mes de enero a la fecha de hoy 26 de septiembre no tengo nada en mano.
