I trusted this firm with my accident case. Today, my lawyer told me they would no longer represent me based on a video I had provided to their office nearly eleven months ago.

My accident happened in October 2025. I sent the firm the video on December 12, 2025. My lawyer acknowledged today that I had provided it then, but that it never got added to my case file.

The firm proceeded with a demand to the insurance company without having reviewed this critical evidence. When the insurance company raised the video, I supplied it again. Only then did my lawyer review it and tell me my case was not viable and they would not continue representing me.

I disagree with their interpretation of the video. I believe it supports my account of the accident. But regardless of that disagreement, why wasn’t evidence I submitted in December 2025 reviewed before the firm pursued a demand?

More than a year after my accident, I am now left looking for another attorney because this firm is withdrawing after finally reviewing evidence that had been in its possession for almost eleven months.

I expected my attorneys to review the evidence I provided, maintain a complete file, and give me an informed assessment in a timely manner. Based on what my lawyer acknowledged today, that did not happen.

I cannot recommend a firm that handled something this important this way.
