Inquired about a consultation regarding an employment matter. Spoke with paralegal, Kayleigh on the phone and initially advised the circumstances are a bit convoluted. As I spoke to her, she seemed to be getting bored and cut the conversation

short saying “It looks like I have enough details to give to Mr. Klien….”. I received an email a short time later indicating it isn’t a case they can accept. I understand that’s their prerogative however, I wasn’t given the opportunity to provide a portion of the

circumstances before being cut-off. I called another firm knowing, KRS either had no interest or isn’t capable of including all details and basing a decision on bits and pieces of a situation. If this is how they handle cases……I’ll pass. Cant help but wonder how much they’ll miss in an actual case. The other firm I reached out to

had an actual discussion with me,

asked questions and had all of the

details when they accepted my case. Given the fact I acquired irreversible

medical complications involving my

having approx. 6 years before organ

failure, my case has merit.

Having handled claims for 25 years,

I’m familiar with how various firms operate. I had a feeling KRS was of a certain caliber but, thought, I might as well check and not jump to conclusions. Always trust your gut, right? Thankfully, I didn’t sign with someone that would skip over half the details of my case and take the first offer thrown at them….
