I had a Zantac case, diagnosed with cancer. The representative screening the case seemed knowledgeable and I was skeptical and my feeling was right. I was hesitant and asked what an outcome could be , thinking a few thousand and she offered, at least a $100,000.00! I provided the what they requested but did not have the pharmacy info from another state in the 1980’s. They never investigated , used only what I supplied. I sent medical documents but they never requested my records! They do not return calls and you are put on hold for more than an hour then disconnected! The only time you hear from them is an email wanting you to sign forms and you are warned about sharing any info with other attorneys. In 4 years not one update unless I was able to connect with them! You are told there share is 40% but then they add additional attorney case costs and administrative costs, another $2,400.00 deducted! Scam alert, you may get $1,000.00 what a racket! They should all be disbarred and an investigation into their practices for the are not honest and can just imagine the laws broken! Maybe a class action lawsuit against Krause & Kinsman should be filed for frauding the injured!

MY OWN EXPERIENCE – 5 YEARS OF OF COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL DEALINGS!
I have been seeking closure for my Zantac Lawsuit. When they needed information, medical records responses to phone calls i was prompt and thorough. I have been at this since 2022. I signed my settlement documents in february 2025. My last communication with a representative told me that GlaxoSmithKline was settled and they would send me an email to insure my banking info was current and accurate. I used to be able to leave messages. Now I get automation stating I “will not lose my place in line if I press star for a return call” that has been going on every day now for weeks, after daily calls. No responses just frustration.
