they give out I’m only giving them one too Adam Krause or Robert kinsman go in and change some of the comments and make it look like the person is making them look real good with five stars I’ve been in this lawsuit settlement for 6 years and a half I bet you no one is investigated looking into it but Adam Krause left December 2022 purchase a 25 million dollar home in darado Puerto Rico but I also have a law firm office also Robert kinsman lives there too where he does a comment through AI of him and his family calling Puerto Rico their home now I’m understanding was and 2022 the summer I called into the office spoke to someone Adam krauss called me back on his cell phone talking to me about my case that I was wanting to talk to him about I have spoke twice in that summertime with him about my case and I quote him he said that they lived in Kansas City Missouri their office was in Kansas City Missouri which it is not Adam Krause move down there in December of 2022 kinsman followed a year later 2023 used to be you could talk to someone when you called that office about your case it’d be like elevator music well now it’s not with all the million dollars of his sunken out of stuff he now has an AI calling answering system it’ll ask you for all your information then you want to speak to someone that’ll say it’ll send you to the person but then it hangs up on you or sometimes it’ll keep you and where it’ll be on hold I have been on hold for an hour and a half still nothing also I’ll call in if I can get through to someone through a North Carolina number that texted me sometime back about my case luckily I’ll get through there if I’m on hold nine times out of 10 when I asked for a call back that’s a failing one I’m in a lawsuit settlement I’ve only got two small amounts of money whenever they took my case on I was verbally told by the person took all the information down that we would be getting a 100% of our money 7,000 of us that they represent in the BSA settlement so if you’re all day long details but I’m getting to something a medical lien release that’s a hoax bunch of crap it’s just something to keep our money on hold I never did go to the doctor back then never did speak no psychiatric help keep it all bottled in until then as I know y’all have money they’re holding too they don’t want to release it if I do get through to someone I talk to someone about it although I’ve already checked with my Medicaid Medicare and military not owing nobody nothing on a medical bill they give me a run around saying that they’re still going through it or one time they’ll say it’s already been finalized and we’re sending it to milestone for them to distribute funds which I get an email from milestone saying that they have not received nothing after I emailed them of my attorney’s office sending them any information that they need to release my money this is getting annoying as we have been going on six and a half years now now here it is going on 5 months and I have not received my medical lien fund yet as I know some of y’all haven’t probably either so don’t try to get through to the silent trust because that’s a no no they don’t answer even if you email them very soon we’ll get anything back of an email emails krauss and kinsman Representatives don’t even answer with us clients 7000 our paperwork is all over the United States of different firms of lawyers offices if a firm takes on a case that firm is to do that case has a paralegals in all that and assistant lawyers or whatever has meanings with the lawyer the attorneys that are over the firm have meetings that morning discussing each everything that they don’t how can you do that down in the darado Puerto Rico I’ve even looked up my phone number to their firm down there and they don’t even got one I haven’t heard from Krause since 2022 before he fled and went off down to Puerto Rico for no taxes and he also gets paid back percentage on corporate tax cuz United States taxes everything of a business I have read read it read through some of the comments of this BSA about Krause and kinsman has anyone been dealing with this law firm or have heard anything about them and there’s a lot of frustration with it also about to trust of them holding our money that we’re entitled to now they come up with this new idea the trustees of holding our money into an escrow account to where it’ll draw interest but it’s for new people coming in filing into the bankruptcy case it’s been closed as we were all told we 80,000 abused victims would be getting 100% of our pay as bankruptcy would close well it’s closed and we ain’t got no 100% yet that was a lie because the trust Barbara houser has came up with so many bull crap ideas to keep our money and suspense but with Krause and kinsman been in a lawsuit through the hurricane of 2023 that they took $5 million from the victims there through an insurance scheme somehow they have came out of that lawsuit claiming it was not legit and since the firm Adam Krause Robert kinsman their North Carolina call center Kansas City call center which is a bank that they claim this after office address is where the mail is sent to then they have a person there reading it and emailing everything down to Puerto Rico every morning Adam Krause gets on there and makes an email of what he wants all his people that he supposedly paying telling them what to say is if we get through to someone to talk to they’re reading off a computer screen of what he wants them to tell us which is a bunch of lies we want the truth not to lies we had enough allies with a trustee over the case if they hadn’t took money out of our pocket to pay for their sales and their lobsters and steaks and wine and champagne like Krause and kinsman are living up down in Dorado Puerto Rico were there expensive million dollar luxury homes right along the beach get this I don’t he plays golf he goes swimming out to luxury places to eat there yes I’ve investigated a lot about him that they’re coming up with and have been doing cheating us out they up and left us here as we have to try to talk to someone through that company very seldom get through so why contacted the office of the disciplinary administrator for filing a complaint because in Reddit someone was asking if someone could cut check into them about what’s going on so I did like I said earlier I have not talked to Adam Krause since 2022 the summer here last month I found the number and happened to call it up and he answered I ask him questions he said yes he was Adam Krause attorney representing us so I went to details about my case he said how did you get my number then he asked who is this after I done told him who I was they said he would get in touch with an attorney named Julie and if she would get back in touch with me in my email which that was a lie I haven’t yet got an email from her only got email from him way before I even talked to him over the phone that there’s nothing they can do they’re still waiting on them to release everything that was the second partial payment that I received anyway if you have a complaint you want to file office of the disciplinary administrator Topeka Kansas I don’t filled out my complaint and mailed it in so I’m waiting on to see if they’re going to go along with him or go along with us abused victims under Missouri law code with the supreme Court he has to disburse our funds immediately and cannot go in and charge what we’re waiting on of our funds of this medical land because he’s already took out 40% which was supposed to be 30% that I was told in 2020 for them taking on the case one time thing which is a lie they took out 40% on me twice for each small payment and possibly y’all too I’m not leaving anyone of y’all out as someone there talk to me last week of this medical so-called Lein crap saying they don’t know exactly when the funds would be released one time I was told a week one time I was told two weeks now I’m being told a month those people talking over the phone if we can get through they call back or whatever they don’t know nothing they’re just reading a teleprompter screen in front of them that’s how they get paid telling us lies too and they say they don’t know much so with that said and done I am with you all brothers and sisters on this watch they might read this and take out some stuff of it because it’s pretty doggone long it might raise it up when they change it and give it a five star but I’m going to keep a watch on this also they’re supposed to send us copies of our case file that was supposed to be first sent to us I have yet not even read one or seen one or have one in my possession I’ve asked for this to be sent to my mailing address but damn they don’t seem to hear I have asked also to speak to a case manager and a lot of person say well there’s no case manager pointed for you I said yes I have been appointed a case manager it’s a female then I have asked to speak to a supervisor over everything yet I haven’t heard a damn thing and the number one person over to talk to anyone as Robert kinsman yet I have not heard from that neither so that’s why I’m saying I turned it over to the office of the disciplinary administrator that is the administrator over the law firms license good day God bless and bless all

It’s now August 2026 and I still haven’t received my money. I was told March, then April, then “soon,” and now they can’t give me any date at all. I’ve sent thousands of emails and even requested a call from the attorney himself — nothing. No updates, no timeline, no explanation.

This process should not take this long, and the complete lack of communication is unprofessional. Posting this review so others are aware.

Awful firm. 5 star reviews are fake. Bad communication and pure greed.
