I became ill midway through the process and was hospitalized, and Marissa sent me a card in the hospital, and when I was released, she came to meet with us and was so encouraging. She was strong and firm in her resolve with the opposing counsel in that what they had proposed at mediation was not acceptable, and we ended up with a very satisfactory settlement.
