I have a seen a few reviews on here that claimed Ryan did not call people back. I can say from my own experience that is absolutely not how Ryan does business. Ryan and Kirby called me back all three times I called and left a message. They both were also very prompt with email replies as well. Ryan and Kirby both helped me get a pardon application in for a misdemeanor on my record from over 12 years ago. We went from our first meeting to having all the paperwork needed and the application submitted in less than 2 weeks. Not only were both Ryan and Kirby extremely helpful with all the legal work that needed to be done, they were also very compassionate and understanding of my personal situation. I truly cannot recommend them enough, 5 stars is not enough for how great this team is!.

Meek and timid in court. Did not try a bit to get my sentencing reduced. Wish I would have spent my money with another attorney.
